HOW IT WORKS

DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment, ranging from 25-50% of the total cost, depending on the scale of the work. This deposit will be deducted from your final price.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, we can reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours' notice. Please note that appointments can only be rescheduled once. Late arrivals (over 30 minutes) will forfeit the deposit, and the artist will determine if the appointment can proceed, considering their schedule.​

Tattoo appointments are necessary. While walk-ins may be possible, we recommend booking in advance. Please call us on +44 7762 767010.

TOUCH-UPS
If you believe your tattoo requires a touch-up, please follow these guidelines:

Touch-Up Window: To qualify for a touch-up, you must notify us within 6-8 weeks of your initial tattoo appointment. Any touch-up requested outside this window will be considered a new tattoo and will be charged accordingly.

One Free Cancellation: You are entitled to one free cancellation of a booked touch-up appointment, provided you give us at least 72 hours' notice.
One Rebooking Opportunity: If you need to reschedule a booked touch-up, you have one chance to rebook, also with at least 72 hours' notice.

Photo Submission Required: Before scheduling your touch-up, please send us a clear photo of the tattoo area in question. This allows our artists to assess the area and determine if a touch-up is necessary.

Charges for Missed/Cancelled Bookings: If you require a touch-up after missing your original booking, cancelling it (with less than 72 hours' notice), or missing your rebooked appointment, you will be charged for the service.
